Having made the North my home and being aware of how many people make their way to visit the area, walk Hadrian’s Wall and enjoy the sight of the tree, a public flogging won’t be good enough punishment. The little cunt should be dragged by his bollocks along the length of the wall. His parents / whoever gave him access to the chainsaw should be stumping (sic) up the £20k fine for the TPO transgression.
