'ere in MK I've got squillions of tracks which are "not-that-far" from me. Plus an old steelie CBR which everyone tells me is a great casual track bike.

But here am I am...not doing track days :D No excuse offered, or needed.

It wasn't/isn't just about the Trackdays, it's about the people... I go there every year at stupid expense and i've ridden 1 out of the last 4. But i go there because well, if i don't... No-one is.
It's not even about it being at a track, i'd happily 'host' it anywhwere, doesn't even need to involve bikes, a ride, tents, it could be in a hotel in wherever, that's the whole point.. it's about the people, not the riding.

But, it still would fall flat on it's arse, due to the other posts here showing the apparent lack of give-a-shit :)

When did “normal” start meaning that diminutive situation?

ONS say average for UK males is 5' 9". You can check with them whether that's mean, mode or median.

However:

A study by dating app Badoo has revealed the height as being the most right-swiped among their users who range between the ages of 18-30. After surveying 20,000 Brits, Badoo concluded that 5ft 8in was the most popular height for men

LOL! Wtf does that mean - "5ft 8in was the most popular height for men"?

Have we got 6'2" guys and 5' 3" guys (like Iccy) walking around now saying "I identify as 5' 8"? What size clothes do they buy ffs?

How the fuck can a particular height be 'popular' ffs?!

I am of course the correct height. 5' 12". Not 6ft.

What do you mean by most swiped?

I thought you were old enough to know that your height is irrelevant - it's the women that do the choosing. Most of them don't give a shite about an inch or two in height, they just like a nice bum apparently.
