Re: Bol D'or, Paul Ricard
I felt sorry for National motors, losing the title with 20 odd minutes to go, but that's Endurance..

That's it for another year, a good final race with lots of drama, and a good year for endurance racing.

It's great to see French people being happy to be French and unashamed of being French.

As Suzuki have pulled out of racing I wonder if SERT are racing next year?
I hope they continue, they've been so good over the years.

I hope SERT continue, Suzuki were not going to support them this year, but decided to at the last minute, hopefully a 2nd in a World Championship will convince Suzuki to continue supporting SERT.

Re: Bol D'or, Paul Ricard
We didn't realise it was our mate Tom Oliver of TNT27 that was one of the riders who we saw fall off (at 130 mph) on the oil dumped on the track just as he was turning in at the end of the Mistral Straight. One of the bikes that also crashed nearly hit him was sliding along the run off at about 80mph. Tom also had an off during the night, but the team lost only a few minutes on both.
And this is the state of Tom's leathers after the second crash. He didn't have a scratch on him.
Already the team is planning next year's assault on the series.

Re: Bol D'or, Paul Ricard
Great news that Michael Dunlop will be riding for Team TRT27 at the 2024 Bol D'or round.
The team will be testing their new Fireblades in early April at Paul Ricard circuit. The Fireblade should be more competitive than last seasons GSX-R1000, which was down 25kph to other bikes along the Mistral Straight.
Good luck to Tom, Tom, Ben and Micheal for 2024!
