What can the Admins do to help, any requests for changes, updates, etc.

It's done on a user level basis, so, your clock is wrong, not the board.

Click on your name

User control panel

Board preferences

Set to 0.00

I didn't need to. Now I'm wondering if it was wrong before or just sorted automatically :D
