Mrs. G. told me at the beginning of the year that she would not buy any new clothes in 2020. I confess, I mocked, but to date nothing new in the wardrobe this year.
She has, mind, been charity shop shopping and last week bought a pair of White Company jeans for three quid that fit her perfect and a Per Una cardigan-type affair she spotted in M&S earlier this year for £2.

Bob on.

Just to buck the trend of this online digital life we lead, and to avoid WH Smiths, a magazine subscription;

New elements for my toaster.

Image

The instructions say you need a 6.5mm spanner. I'm gonna assume you actually need a 1/4 inch. :D

I’ve got a set of those, they are great, used them to light the entire garden when we were out of lockdown and had a BBQ.

And for me, 4 packs of diced venison, reduced from £4 a pack to 20p. They reside in my freezer awaiting transformation to a game stew.
That's a cracking deal, I like venison but it's dear :silent:

I've been using mine loads. I've been so busy lately I rarely get much time to do anything other than the need for light for all sorts of projects. I've been looking to do some more painting at home and find that I can't see where I've just painted or the cutting in lines, without the use of strong white light from these.

Check the stands for recalls, there's been some alarming failures. The movable bit being made of cheap cast iron and prone to snapping.

Bought 5 mile old Rukka gloves for my size mitts on ebay at 1/4 of original price. Here is hoping I can get many thousands of miles of riding using them.

Rukka Ceres in size 14. Happy me.

Bluetooth enabled battery for my circular saw.
I already have one with and a couple that don't have bluetooth but they're knocking on four or more years old and I suspect don't hold as much charge.
Anyway 5.2 Ah battery with Bluetooth so the battery can trigger my dust extractor for 79 quid.

I was going to question ‘why Bluetooth?’ until you eloquently explained it so thanks.
