Caffeine, that is. Or gum.

I'm not sure these vague 'studies' are very helpful. I can guarantee you the only outcome from this is that my missus will whinge at me if I have a coffee on a long drive.

The biggest take away I get from that is that you can buy caffeine gum. I had no idea!

No fanks, far too many memories of freezing hands fumbling for a non existent dick but desperately needing a piss after having a warming coffee last stop - strickly hot chocolate or beer for me when out riding.

Met up with a couple of friends in that there London. Had a couple of cheeky pints (maybe a few) and the ride home was AMAZING!

I don't drink coffee when out on the bike...it stains the helmet chin bar.
In the car on the other hand its pretty much a given! The morning commute and any long drive comes with a coffee, gawd bless the cup holder. I never have more than one though, by conscious choice.

I have a feeling the regular Wrigleys low sugar gum has a little caffeine in it.Mr. Dazzle wrote: ↑Fri Aug 18, 2023 5:26 pm The biggest take away I get from that is that you can buy caffeine gum. I had no idea!
