BSB Thruxton
This year has been a bit lacklustre. But Thruxton is always good due to the super fast nature of the circuit

Re: BSB Thruxton
I wonder what the weather forecasat is?
Will Tommy Bridewell carry on where he left off at Brands.I doubt Yamaha locking out the podium this time.
Is Andy Irwin back on the Honda or will Franco Bourne get another chance?
t looks a crap circuit to speactate at but I enjoy watching the tyre shredding madness of the place on the telly

I've been at least 15 times and even though you can only spectate about quarter of circuit, it's still great to watch.Bustaspoke wrote: ↑Wed Aug 09, 2023 10:51 pm I wonder what the weather forecasat is?

Re: BSB Thruxton
Well, the sprint race produced the usual amazing stuff from this track. I'm pissed off that I never got to race there. It's scary fast

Re: BSB Thruxton
I've raced there twice
Once I forgot about the last chicane on the first lap. I ended up panic breaking, block passing and ending up in 2nd place, by complete accident.
Didn't stay there long.

Re: BSB Thruxton
Another good days racing,Thruxton always seems to throw up good raceing. What a turn around for the SBK teams,I wasn't expecting that.
Will the scrutineers be extra vigilant after that last lap in the SBK race?
Why did Jamie Perrin get disqualified from the first SS race?
Good to see Neave back out on Franco Borne's Stocker
Next round,Cadwell, probably as different to Thruxton as you can get!

Re: BSB Thruxton
Wowsers. 3 great races with hundreds of passes.
Amazing compared to the bore-fest of Knockhill.
