So there's also MS Authenticator.

And now I have to install and use 'Intune' too.

Soon you shall have to wait for a wax sealed envelope from Royal Mail to arrive with a 6 digit code - posted 2nd class which should arrive in 6 days... - also, you will only have 15 seconds to type in the code once the has seal has been broken otherwise you will have to request another and wait another 6 days...

I have rolled most of my schools onto Azure and forced 2FA, so they have to use MS Authenticator to get into their emails and access the data which is now in teams, you wouldn't believe the uproar from some staff, all they have to do is install an app and type in a 6 digit code, it's not that hard really is it! - and i bet a soapy fiver that these will also be the ones that would kick up the most stink if there data security was to be breached!

I've had to use Authenticator concurrently for two different accounts. That caused grief.

I have about 17 accounts on my Authenticator as i have multiple accounts for multiple schools so feel yourself lucky you only have too mess around with 2...

It's only when you take an active interest that you realise how many careless and lazy morons there are out there. Which is fine if it's not their stuff. Security breaches can kill companies stone dead, which is why they're so frit of it
