RetroAuto rally up here today. Loads of cars and bikes, but this, this was loverly!!

Spoke to the guy that rode it up here - he is very proud of it! :D :D I converted his 'average speed' lap (well not his, the bike's!) to kph for him!! (I'm sure he knew really!). Helped get him talking cos I had my TT bumbag with me :D

I don’t care what you say, that is not a short brake lever.

Presumably stopping the thing with the front brake required a lot of leverage ;)

Mechanical advantage is affected by hand lever length, distance from fulcrum to cable nipple, cam lever length, cam profile and those little tricks we perform with a rasp on the linings.

But that is a hell of a long lever.
