How easy is it to change the stem?
The bars on my bike are too far forward / low for my liking. I find them uncomfortable after about 30 minutes.
How easy is it to change the stem? And would I need to lengthen the brake hoses?
It's a 2014 (I think) Charge Cooker. I have a feeling Weeksy had one ages ago!

He did.
If you are shortening the stem you will have no issues with cables / hoses.
If you raise it as well, you may have issues.
But the kool kidz keep ‘em slammed

Could go for a shorter stem first and then try a set of riser bars if you need them lifting.
