Another tyre pair deal - sticky-stuff.co.uk - anyone used?

Post by SSS »

So after a pair of tyres for the 'Cat. Likely another pair of BT-016s.

Sticky-stuff.co.uk prices are extremely keen.

Anyone used them?? They are a good £30 minimum for the pair cheaper than anywhere else, and with free delivery...

Can't vouch for the vendor, but can for the tyres.
The angle of dangle these allow on the road is obscene.
On Sunday had an ex racer behind me for a bit and afterwards he asked me if I'd heard of the laws of physics.
Yamaha app said 53° max lean angle.......I was just having fun!

Update.
Ordered the BT-016s on Monday Afternoon around 16.50. I received them today at 12.30. 24hr delivery, with APC the courier.
Tyres sizes all good, and a quick check of the tyres manufacture sidewall stamp told me they were May 23 manufacture.

So cheapest online and delivered swiftly. Now with the local motorbike tyre fitter and the loose wheels.

Sorry for late reply...

They're just round the corner from my head office, seem like decent guys. I've popped in for a chat before, certainly know their stuff.

It's a relatively small outfit though, so they won't consistently have the same deals and availability of certain tyres as some of the bigger boys, but when they do, they seem pretty competitively priced and delivery is always quick.
