It would if you throw it out there cheap, but how cheap would it need to be.

As we found out when looking at older cottage/farm type property you have to find someone that wants that sort of property and all the upkeep it demands, then out of that pool of people find someone that wants that specific location, then out of that small pool find someone with the money, and then out of that even smaller pool, find someone that will pay you a decent price for it.

We got our place cheaper than we thought we would and the seller was pretty honest about being realistic on the above.

I watched an episode of a car show (maybe 5th gear?) where they lapped a Cossy against the newish Fiesta ST (a three pot one?) around Anglesey.

They reckoned the Fiesta was quicker. I called bullshit.
