If you rebuild them, you'll probably enjoy the odd bimble.
But doubt if you'd buy them especially

I own 1.5 175 Bantams plus a ton of spares, there's a good reason why it sits in the corner rusty. It could do an indicated 65 when I was 17 and weighed 8stone but they still took 100+yards to stop from 30.
I reckon it'd be dangerous on the road now. I've not ridden it since 1986.

An OHV 500 single should keep up with traffic ok.

I had two RD400s, they were shockingly disappointing in 1986, the reason I had two was because I thought there was something wrong with the first one, turns out they're all that awful.

I considered a Bantam, but apparently even the 175 has trouble keeping up with modern traffic and I don't want to be a mobile chicane.

I'd also like an A65, because my dad restored one when I was in my early teens (90's).

I have to say, if I had more space, I'd have more terrible junky cars and bikes - just to look at and fiddle with mainly.
Bu they would still have to appeal - mid last century brit bikes just leave me cold for example, as do 70s jap 2strokes.

CB400 Super Four - great little bikes

There you go, my riding impressions of your choices, the SDR and Goose I rode sometime between 1991 and 1994, the RVF in 2000 and I woned a Super Four 7 years ago for a couple of years
