Welcome to Ace Road and Race
https://www.aceroadandrace.co.uk/
An ex-desmo Due racer from back in the day has set up a bike workshop so asked to work in conjunction with us to be able to answer questions, advertise services, deals, promotions and whatever else comes up.
I'm also hoping they'll be active members in the other sections of the forum
Welcome guys.

Re: Welcome to Ace Road and Race
Many thanks!
Yes, I raced Desmo Due for 2 years, Pro bike on an R1 for $ years before that, Formula 600, and 250GP on a TZ250. 19 years racing on the balckstuff
I also did schoolboy then AMCA motocross for 10 years before that - I was an AMCA expert and raced 125's then 250's.
Our little shop is in Llanidloes, Powys, which is a great little town for a stop off to the welsh coast.
Very friendly, quite eccentric, and littered with pubs for food, beer, bed and breakfast.
Also nice cafe's for a fry up, a Moroccan cafe, good chip shops etc.
Just opening the doors and hope to make a living, not a fortune, doing what I love.
Website under constrtuction - www.aceroadandrace.co.uk
We're also on instagram and facebook (though keyboards are not my strong point!).
If I can be of any help - just PM or mail on aceroadandraceoutlook.com
I'll add more insight on the shop and it's surroundings as we go.
Thanks again,
Rich.

Re: Welcome to Ace Road and Race
Good luck with the business, Llanidloes is on a fantastic biking road so hopefully you'll get some passing trade, I did some trail bike rallies round there 20 years ago.
Your website isn't brilliant, please get some professional help with that.

Re: Welcome to Ace Road and Race
Well, back on lockdown, but can do essential repairs, or mail order.
Hopefully we'll have to doors open again next week.
Llanidloes is a cracking little town, is biking country.
If anyone fancies dropping into town feel free to ask about the pubs, B&B's, eateries etc.
