Ok, so back from the FOS and picking this up after lunch today.

What insurers are people recommending these days? I did a quote with Bennetts who I had my last policy with, but overnight the piss takers have decided to raise the quote by over £30.

Devitt and the RAC are coming out cheaper, Bikesure is but the excess is loads higher. Any of these any good?

Same - always find their quotes competitive with a low excess. Never had to claim though.....

As it's a scooter, Hastings don't seem to want to quote me? Well, that's the only thing I can think of?

Devitts seem to have good reviews, and they're reasonably cheap so I may just go with them. I may give Bennetts a call and ask them why their quote has gone up so much overnight and see if they'll do it for the original price.

Check if any of them are on Quidco, Devitts used to be.
