Any bike with numbers in it's name and the numbers aren't the CC. For example the F 750 GS.

Same for the 800's which are called f650gs, reusing the name of an actual 650cc bike.
Opposite is the Yamaha MT-03 (where a 300cc reused the name of a 660cc)

How accurately are you judging that?
The Honda 400Four was 408cc.

Rounding to the nearest 10,50, or 100cc up or down is reasonable, whereas being specific but inaccurate is not. For example the Ducati 749 is actually a 748cc bike.

I seen to remember that my first car, a BME 316, was actually a 1.8 ltr engine, but used the 316 moniker because it had a carb when the rest of the 3 series at that time were injected. (E24 series iirc)

Many things disappoint me about modern humanity and BMW's digression from nomenclature which accurately reflected displacement is one of those. Also their move to habitually using turbochargers. That said my 2015 530d had a lovely, lovely engine.

And the electric screen was pretty much pointless. I think I rode one of them back in t'day. The engine was the only thing to commend it.
