There's been a few comments on here expressing surprise, or incredulity, that it is illegal.

Very old but true saying, "The law is an ass".

A proper modern legal system would have lawmakers define exactly what was and wasn't legal in plain language, and then review that law ever 12 months. Anything that was out of date would be scrapped and replaced. Anything that didn't work as expected ditto.

Instead we have a pile of dross written in arcane language, which rarely gets reviewed, just re-interpreted by ancient judges more concerned by a decision in an Appeal Court from 100 years ago than what is real today. Welcome to English Law.

@Potter That sort of observation merely highlights the ridiculous premise behind identity politics.

You can certainly make some biological generalisations (even though that is now apparently illegal) but you can’t make sweeping statements until you drill right down to the individual. I’m going to take a flying guess here but the sort of person who is happy going tits out on the internet for money, does not represent the majority of “women”.

The toilet thing is a bit weird but as a bloke (let alone an older bloke) I could seriously not give a flying fuck. Nor do I really care if people want to take their clothes off or put the “wrong” clothes on. My biggest concern is what we are telling our children is “normal”. “Normal” used to have an unambiguous statistical meaning. Part of the “woke” strategy is to change the meaning of words and that must be annoying for all the birthing persons. Funny how it’s always women getting the shitty end of the stick.

The other elephant in the room is blokes pretending to be women and destroying women’s sports. Either you can classify people as women or men and have a distinction for sporting prowess or there is “no difference” and there should be just the one category - for humans.

No, it's 18 for anything. The law was changed, so when she was doing it, it probably was legal then.
