If they're properly installed they're no problem - they use them in public facilities because a) easier to clean around/under and b) nothing exposed to vandalise. The local sports club has them and some of the blokes there aren't 8st weaklings so they're pretty solid. :thumbup:

That’s what I thought. Guess I was due some bad Luck 😂😂😂

Anyways had a bloke round today and seems confident he can fix it. Just need to sort out a time for him to come.
