They can't let it go, it's like a religion, it's a cult.

After COVID, the fuel crisis, inflation - best of luck pinning any financial issues definitely on Brexit

-I- did 'predict' it though, like some kind of savant - there seems to be a lot of "I told you so, and feck you" nonsense on here at the mo.

It reminds me of motorbike racing, "oh the Ducati is fast, look at it in 2015". .. like there's even 1 single bolt from a 2015 bike that's used on the 2023.

"Stoner could ride the Ducati fast, Rossi couldn't" again just like any components were the same on Rossi's bike as we're on Stoners.

I imagine a room of remainers to be like an old working mans club, full of people coughing and moaning about how they don't like change. Do you remember the good old days Bertie? Ooooh Ernest, oh yes when we were in the EU and we did nothing differently to how we do now, but it just felt like fluffy bunnies.....

I know, they went on about it for years and years.
Although it wasn't a very strong rebuttal Ant old boy.

I know you want to forget your mistakes and pretend they didn't happen but when it costs the country billions its worth pointing out every once in a while.

It's always someone elzes fault though isnt it?
Nurses, Immigrants, leftists, train drivers, mortgage holders, protestors, yada yada yada. Not the government who've been in power for over a decade and with a massive majority for a good part of that, eventually you'll run out of other people to blame.
Likely my fault for pointing it out now

I don't care either way about remain, leave, who did or didn't want it. But it's done now, it's gone. The ship has well sailed.
I just don't get why people on either side keep going on about it.

I can cope with black humour, but the 2 I saw were gloating about rich folk dying. Ignoring the fact that poor folk died as well.

Blaming something from years ago doesn't matter any more. It changes nothing
If something has demonstrably caused higher prices, loss of GDP and loss of inward investment, you'd prefer that people say " it's done, it's gone. Let it go."

Brexit hasn't "changed nothing", it's changed everything. So in your world if a Bad Thing happens you just have to accept it and Move On?

Sounds remarkably like apathy to me.
