I was in there this evening, they should have made it more obvious who they want as customers.

I was in one of the Sheffield branches this morning and don't recall being surrounded by heaving masses of either LGBTQ+ supporters or anti-woke protestors. All a bit of an anti-climax, really.

That is not true either.

You're on a roll. Maybe you should be a journalist. Just make stuff up, refuse to qualify your opinion and when challenged, try to change the subject.

Kinda boring though.

Opinions are just that, they don't need to be qualified. I've not changed the subject. I told you where I heard it, if you just want to argue the toss over it, knock yourself out......

The Met Office routinely change historic data, they call it weighting. This means they aren't supplying raw data for scrutiny and weighting commonly applies a bias, someone there would have picked the bias they want to use.
They might have picked the bias which best meets their political agenda or they might have picked one they think is most honest however that are unlikely to pick one that they don't like.
Steadily increasing the number of weather stations is likely to show a steady increase in extreme temperatures even if the climate doesn't change at all, there's a lot of blind trust in what the Met Office says so it all comes down to whether you think there's a conspiracy going on.

Biden ended a speech to union members yesterday with "God save the Queen"

When asked about this latest clusterfuck, the WH said he "was talking to someone in the crowd"

I misquoted him about his ambitious railway plans. He actually said the plan was to build a railway "from the Pacific across the Indian Ocean"

You should have realized by now that the only real problem with Trump is that he wasn't anyone's puppet...

Trump was a special puppet. He was a puppet to the population, he did the best for the people, the people are the string pullers of said puppet.....

When the Biden administration considered replenishing american oil reserves at $80 per barrel, remember when they blocked trump from doing it at $24 a barrel.....

Do you drive a tram, claim all the salary that goes with it, but drive like a twat and crash it, killing seven people, and it's kinda 'vay-knights'...

Health and Safety at Work Act, 1974? Where was manslaughter?

They can get away with what they like now. The other train driver sacked for being drunk was reinstated after the union kicked off, what kind of message does that send?

I'm still surprised about the Hawker Hunter pilot who also was cleared after killing people by pulling a stupid move - the result was not only loss of life, but air shows are very curtailed since.

Yep, he does have his own sizeable collection of puppets though.

Exactly.
The jury heard Mr Dorris was driving the tram at over 70km/h (43mph) - more than three times the limit - as he approached the curve near Sandilands.
Next time I'm driving at more than three times the speed limit I'll quote this case. Or maybe not. ;)

That doesn't make comfortable reading for the tram operators or the system designers.
