A question for the fitness weirdos

Weights and conditioning.
As I approach 60 (no I hear you say), should I go for reps rather than weight.
I bench 90kg 10 x 3..... just
Curl 40kg 10 x 3
Various dumbbells up to 20kg for shoulders, triceps etc
Legs and cardio are on the tredder and pool.
I have no desire to bulk up, but neither do I want to start to go 'withery'.
Or should i just get the string vest out and sit at the beach with my balls hanging out?

There's no 'should' about it. You do what you want to do.

If you don't want to bulk up you've answered your own question. If you don't want to go all 'withery' then guess what, you've answered your own question.

Doesn't make much difference - as you lose skin tone you look withery either way. Ditch the weights, avoid the sun - moisturise :lol:
Doubt is not a pleasant condition.
