Tiger 800xc, 2013, 63k miles

copied from ebay where there's loads more photos.... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/115802960749

I've owned this bike from new and it's been used as a daily commuter (Except for the COVID working from home years), completely reliable it's mechanically solid if a bit cosmetically challenged at 63414 miles. MOT is due in September.

please study the photos carefully.

so after nearly 10 years it's time for a new bike.

There is no reserve

since the first 6k service at fowlers, all 6k, 12k & 24k servicing has been carried out by MuddySump - a Triumph specialist (I suggest you google him if you're not familiar) - using genuine Triumph parts and I've looked after it in between services replacing bits and pieces as needed (I'm an Aircraft Mechanic).

the most recent history includes (from the spreadsheet....)

radiator replaced after a stone damaged the original (less than 100 miles ago)
rear brake pads replaced and all calipers cleaned (500 miles ago)
rear inner tube replaced after a puncture & tyre repaired (approx 1000 miles)
front brake disks & pads replaced with new Brembo disks and EBC pads (3000 miles)
forks stripped, K-Tech springs fitted, seals and oil replaced (3000 miles)
6k miles service & RH brake calliper replaced, all brakes bled (3500 miles)
tyres replaced (5000 miles) (Michelin Anakee and from experience there's about 4-5k miles left in them)
chain & sprockets replaced (7K miles)
stepper motor stripped and cleaned (7K miles) common issue
Starter motor & No1 coil replaced (9k miles) This cured the hot starting issue. common problem and you'll find loads of info online about it.
24k mile service and the LH brake caliper replaced just under 10k miles ago

it also has the following

Nitron rear shock
Madstad screen
heated grips
top box
paddock stand bobbins
spare key, original non heated grips and 2 key barrels for panniers if you chose to fit them.

In the photos there's a centre stand fitted, but it is for a 'roadie' version so is too short to pick the rear wheel off the road. I kept it because it's very useful for holding the bike upright to check the oil level. I bought it in haste and didn't read the ad correctly.
This will be removed unless you contact me and specifically ask for it to be left on, we'll agree on a price.
