Went for a walk along the beach and found this amazing contrast between 2 different rock types.

My garden is like that, very distinct layers of red and grey clay/silt that's been compacted to stone. It's a right pig to try and dig through.

As I approached I saw huge plumes of smoke. Was the extinguishers.
Just stopped as I got there.

Going by the reg number, the bike is a year old.

Was having a tidy up in the shed yesterday (no, I daren't post in the hoarder thread :mrgreen: ) and came across a mains multiblock. Decided to check what fuse was in the plug and found the plug base was a bit "crumbly". So, I took off the plug and easily managed to snap the plug base in half. Just goes to show that some of these plastics don't last forever.

Seen on a ride out today.

BMW R series engine with clear rocket covers. I thought you'd just see a load of oil flying about, but nope...you can see the whirry bits whirring!

Plus quite a lot of oil ;)

Croydon Airport circa 1932,and the Handley Page H.P. 42 a four-engine biplane airliner designer and manufactured by British aviation company Handley Page . It held the distinction of being the largest airliner in regular use in the world upon the types introduction in 1931.
