16 hours in, a misty Le Man's, the front runners haven't changed much, the Honda still leads, Ducati 2nd, YART 3rd, SERT are 12th on track, 10th in class, 43 of the 54 bikes that started still running.

What you watching it on mate? I was able to watch it last season on Discovery+ (Eurosport) but it’s not there, or at least I can’t see it anyway.

Safety car out again, not sure if it's due to fog or because the National Motos Honda crash, Ducati in the pits, could be the start of mechanical problems for them, similar to last year's Bol d Or

SERT are now up to 10th, which will be 9th soon as the 77 Yamaha is in the pit after a crash.

I should have been cycling this morning but I'm hooked on watching the rest of the race.
So good to see Gino Rea back on the scene,Walkes in the top ten in class.
The overnight cold temps keep getting mentioned...
Interesting to see the Aprilia out there

It'd be nice to see more of the experimental class that the Aprilia is in, I don't know what's experimental about it.

Same here,it would be good to know what qualifies for experimental. You can ask the commentary team on Twitter but I don't have a Twitter account .
Regarding the Aprilia, they said that the bike wasn't homologated in time.

I was wondering about that earlier on. Can't find a single bit of info about the Aprilia, but I did read about the Metiss JBB which ran at LeMans last year that I have absolutely no memory of!.

SERT lost 18 laps due to their 1st lap crash, I think they're now 20 laps down on 1st place, so they've maintained the same pace as the leading bikes, it's other teams problems that has resulted in SERT being 7th, the only way they're going to get 6th is if someone ahead has a problem, so I guess they're waiting for the Ducati to break down.

SERT into the pits with what looks like collapsed rear suspension, but could be a broken frame

SERT back out, Guintoli hit the wall caused by oil, he's now got a bad neck as he went over the handle bars, he's a bit pissed off

The state of that Chromeburner Honda  Not even their fault
Guintolli's looking secondhand after that.
It's fascinating watching the Chromeburner team rebuid that Honda
