The Methodists I knew in Cornwall are somewhat different to the ones here. Several years ago a mate volunteered me to help him with a project at his local Methodist church in LA. I can only assume that most of the blokes at that church were talentless gimps who would need instruction & close supervision to hold a hammer by the correct end. I was there for maybe half a day working in the main entrance & by the time I left I had a pocket full of phone numbers from the women who wandered through where I was working, ended up banging most of them over the next few months.
