True. Unfortunately the nearest B&Q isn't great in terms of location and parking but the Homebase is. If they put a B&Q next to it (in the carpet store) that would be (Halfords is next to that so that would also be handy sometimes).

Thrashed round and round my favourite run yesterday. Over 70 miles according to Strava (Including lifts). I've found a choice of cool 'lines' including cliff drops and jumps and I just go round and round (25 laps!!)

Just been down to the shop to pick up my new 'weights'! Not huge ones, only 2kgs, but last week at physio, he had me using 2kg weights for shoulder rehab and we were both a bit amazed at just how much I could do using my right arm. So I bought some to practice at home!!

Daft how 2kg is impressive for arm curls and lying on the floor with my arm up in the air and then lowering the 2kg to the side down to the floor at AND LIFTING IT BACK UP AGAIN (there was another one; lowering the weight back down over my head from the same floor position - can't get my arm quite to the floor, but I can get it close, and lift it back up again )

Made me proper happy and so now I have to practice here to add some more happiness to life

There's 3 bottles of Dom Perignon, 2x 2002's that are still boxed and a 2006
