Just for fun though, I'll go back and have a look at what you're waffling on about.

Never mind all the sideways bollocks about pyramid selling and 'deliberately misleading' just tell me what he said that you disagree with.
Do you mean this?

Seems that Lineker has not heard of economic migration ...
I'm sure he has, but is, perhaps, restricting his attention to address one issue at a time. Which bit of his statement above do you disagree with?

Just as a matter of interest, when do you think Lineker will address the issue of illegal, economic migrants? He's had plenty of time to do so . . .

Is it possible he doesn't know they exist?

Anyone who goes around suggesting our UK government is comparable to Nazi Germany from a taxpayer funded platform should be sacked instantly.
He didn't, though.

Dunno, Screwd- I like you, but perhaps you could swap out 'driver' for 'loose'.

Also, I think it's fundamentally a human right to call out fascism.

Thankfully, common sense has prevailed and the sweaty-tooth racist conspiracy loons can move on to something else.

"He" who?

Did you just fall into the same trap I just explained above while simultaneously describing the precise mechanism for it?

Yay, victory for right thinking people. And the looming horror of football commentary being disrupted for two weeks in a row has been averted, Nobel Humanitarian medals all round.

Pretty sure Twitter isn't a taxpayer funded platform. (assuming we're still talking about Lineker and not someone else that poor Screwd is thinking about but won't tell).

And by the way, Lineker made a BBC live-on-air (presumably his own view, or at least he agreed with it) critique of government human rights issues. Yes, of course it was the Qatari government. But inconsistent to state 'no politics' and then allow it.

It's painful to watch some of you regurgitate and discuss political ideology, banking, monetary theory, Nazis, Psychos, etc...

You seem to be on a roll anyway, it was ming-mong with Ant before and last night it was ming-mong with Screwd, that looked like you got the whole section locked
Who will you drunkenly engage with tonight when the wine starts to flow?
The snipers were out in full force. I can just see him now, swigging his cheap pino, seeing a view/opinion which he doesn't agree with, then dribbling "OH NO YOU DON'T", before going into a full on mongo rage across his keyboard.......they probably all drink from the same vinegar glass.

I haven't seen that yet but could it be any worse than the EU at the moment?

Is it this? It could only be more laughable if they wrote it on the side of a bus.

Just one thing after another, fuck the BBC.

The mother of a missing chef says she has still not had an apology from the BBC after letters were sent demanding TV licence payments from her daughter - 14 years after she mysteriously disappeared.

Claudia Lawrence disappeared from York on 18 March, 2009, prompting the biggest and most complex missing person inquiry in the history of North Yorkshire Police.

Her mother, Joan Lawrence, has said letters were being sent to her daughter's cottage for her TV licence fee, with one recently even threatening court action and a £1,000 fine.

SVB collapse may be start of ‘slow rolling crisis’, warns BlackRock boss

https://www.theguardian.com/business/20 ... larry-fink

The collapse of Silicon Valley Bank could just be the start of “a “slow rolling crisis” in the US financial system with “more seizures and shutdowns coming”, the chief executive of the world’s largest asset manager has warned.

The CEO of BlackRock, Larry Fink, also predicted in a letter to investors and company bosses that inflation would persist and rates continue to rise, trends that both contributed to SVB’s collapse.
