It's not a question of causing offence, but 2 people can have opposite views of an incident and both me right.mangocrazy wrote: ↑Thu Mar 02, 2023 6:30 pmIf I've caused any offence then I apologise unreservedly..
Let's say I phone a mate in Oz
"Look outside, it's an amazing sunset"
"No, it's an amazing sunrise"
Both are right. So fromages may have seen a 19" version, you may know of 17s, both of you are equally correct.

Yeah, not quite sure how it got to where it did. I was just pleased that KTM are bringing back the SMT and it all went a bit Pete Tong...

Re: KTM 890SMT
To me a supermoto will always be a MX or enduro with 17 inch wheels, I didn't even call the TDR a supermoto with it's 19 front, although my one had 17 inch TZR wheels. What about TDMs which were 18 inch IIRC.
My 1150GS has 17s, it's just a big upright motorbike with no off road ability any more, is it a Supermoto? Mammoth Moto perhaps?

Big fan of tea - preferably Assam. 2 mugs of that with breakfast sets me up for the day.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Thu Mar 02, 2023 7:07 pmTBH these days I'd rather have a nice cup of tea.mangocrazy wrote: ↑Thu Mar 02, 2023 7:02 pmYou didn't - fancy a beer?Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Thu Mar 02, 2023 7:01 pm

Earl Grey for me, currently the only thing getting me through the world's longest, most unsuccessful firewall update, they're getting wiped and reinstalled if they carry on like this, it's been a frustrating two days.

Checkpoint, it's very tedious waiting for it to do something and then for that not to work, I'll probably give up for tonight in 5 minutes

The last time I did any work on an AS/400 was probably in 1994. Well before they renamed them to iSeries, anyway...

Computers have effectively paid for everything I own, so I can't really complain either...
