At the exact moment you posted, there was a Deaville on Corrie (being knocked over by a van).

There's an FZ750 with an FZR1000 motor in it and numerous other upgrades on FB The Bike Bay for 2k.
It would make a terrible commuter and god knows what the insurance would make of it, but it's a cool bike

Be fine as a commuter, FZ is a comfy bike, FZR1000 motor is a good engine.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Sat Feb 18, 2023 6:05 pm There's an FZ750 with an FZR1000 motor in it and numerous other upgrades on FB The Bike Bay for 2k.

He's a nice bloke but I don't think it's ever run quite right in the 5 years I've known him.

£1500 Firestorms are usually a bit dog eared, but that one looks great.

You could probably buy a Yamaha Thundercat for your budget. Sounds like it would be ideal and they're superb bikes, well underrated.

I'd buy one of those all day... Absolutely loved mine. Smooth as silk, refined but still fast. Just lost out in straight line through the box speed to a GSXR-600 but it was a good battle every time. Was the same scheme as that one too, i absolutely loved it.

I loved mine, so confidence inspiring as a newer rider too. One of the best bikes I've ever bought.

There's a really nice looking Falco on Bike Bay - £1895 with Nitron shock and very good condition. But it is in the Isle of Man...v8-powered wrote: ↑Sun Feb 19, 2023 11:37 amHave seen a few, am leaning towards a scoot now thoughKungFooBob wrote: ↑Sun Feb 19, 2023 9:45 am

I had a FZR600R, practically the same bike as the Chundercat, it was a good motorcycle, the Cat has better suspension and brakes so should be even better.

I'd put the FZR600R in the same box as a GSXR600 (Sports) and a Thunberg 600 along with a ZZR600 (Sport Touring)Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Tue Feb 21, 2023 3:56 pm I had a FZR600R, practically the same bike as the Chundercat, it was a good motorcycle, the Cat has better suspension and brakes so should be even better.
