Her boss has handed his notice in and they've offered her the job, £12k pay rise... For the first 6 months while she proves herself, then another £9k.

Better stop on the way home and buy her some fizz.
Shouldn't she buy it for you being as she's now minted? :D

Conversely, my boss has handed in her notice and all I've been handed is a load of her bloody work. :(

I'm just enjoying a glass of Tat.

It's on offer in Morrison and the place I buy my Krug was shut.

Sod all. Enjoying the time off doing sod all. Tesco first thing. Bounced around with the dogs in the garden for a while then took them to the park at lunchtime. More sod all then a walk to Aldi later in the afternoon. More sod all and now 99% sod all and 1% typing this shit

Tried to make yogurt in my Ninja Foodi. Being a bloke, I skimmed the instructions, thinking 'How hard can it be?'

Ended up with 2 litres of sour milk this morning.

And now Mrs. G has asked me where all the full-fat milk has gone as she needs it for a recipe. :P

Had a call from the letting agent that manages our BTL property - heating boiler gone kaput and not repairable.

Wifey a couple of hours ago cleaning the ash from the log burner "there's still embers in here from last night". No problem we have a metal bucket for those, she says she'll get it as I was doing something else. Did she fuck, she put it in a plastic bag which she then put next to the fire inside the luckily metal bin that's got kindling and assorted fire lighting stuff in it. We then went out for a walk. I'm a bit deaf, she could here the smoke alarms going several hundred yards away from the house. Luckily the contents of the bin hadn't caught alight, it was pretty close though. We're now sitting outside with all the doors and windows open and every fan we own blowing out of the house.

If there isn't enough smoke in the fucking house she's lit incense sticks around the place to "make it smell nice".

Went for a run, came back, made a late breakfast and whilst I was eating it I suddenly got a weird flickering in my left eye and lost my peripheral vision out of it for about 20 minutes. It's back now, but it was a bit odd and a bit worrying.

So far I've cleared one of the garages out and had a really nice poo.

I dread even opening the door to the other garage,

Dumbarton Sheriff Court heard in January last year that the fire started after O'Malley emptied ash and embers from a fuel fire into a polythene bag, and then put it in a cupboard of kindling and newspapers.

Go and see the grown ups at the hospital.

Quickly read that as 'rectal tear'.

I mean, it would make your eyes water, for sure.
