Isn't a stripped down race/sports bike a street-fighter?

That engine is definitely designed to be behind bodywork.

With a 1980s TZ350 seat unit and painted red it'd be quite nice.

Don't mind that at all. At least they've had the good sense to leave the belt covers on. The only real thing I'd change would be that stupid stubby exhaust. But with those ergos I wouldn't want to ride it for more than about ten minutes at a time.

Cafe racer based on modern liquid cooled superbike = no.

It's just a mess! Too many wires and pipes.

Too much plumbing. Just looks like it's in for a service with the fairing removed...
