I average 5 miles a day usually.
The weight loss wasn't going well so pushed it up a bit.

Good going. I average around 40-45 miles a week with walking and it makes a difference. I'm heading towards the 38" waist I had 24 years ago... sadly the ripped abdomen muscles are well insulated and staying that way.

Not really random and certainly not utterly random but hey, is this the face of concern?

I grew up in Africa and have only seen leopards a handful of times. That is a stunning photo!!

Re: utterly random picture thread.
We too saw a pack of wild dogs, in Kruger, on my birthday. They're around apparently but it's quite rare to see them. I've got a photo of a couple of the dogs but unfortunately they weren't sitting around posing like the leopard so it's just a snapshot. There was a second large safari truck full of people stopped at the time and everyone was quite excited so I couldn't get a decent position for taking photos.
We left Jo'burg on Christmas Eve and got back into Jo'burg on 9th Jan after running around Botswana, Zimbabwe and S. Africa.

I am sure Kruger was where she went. It has accommodation what i think was just a one night stay for her group. This would have been before the Christmas it it was in her first week. She used to live there in Durban where her Daughter still is. 83 this year and she is not long back but next month she is away again on a cruise to the Bahamas what she and a friend won when on a cruise to Canada last year

Just finished rewatching Game of Thrones. The dog has got quite into it too.

All these flowers (crocus?) weren't there last week. Pretty, innit?

Re: utterly random picture thread.
Nice old church near me. Oldest gravestone I've found is 1776. There's also the graves of Levi Boswell, King of the Gypsies and his missus, Urania Boswell, the original Gypsie Lee. Quite a few military graves.
Walking there on Sunday and a Spitfire out of Biggin flew low over the fields in the clear blue sky.
All aboard the Peckham Pigeon! All aboard!
