The Eos is the VW 'folding metal roof car'. ;)

And yes -it drops the windows completely before the roof opens.
Probably VW still remember the design fault on early (1950s) model Beetles. Car was so airtight that regularly shutting the drivers door eventually made a small split in the door skin.

Getting old...
Yesterday, I rode the ZX11 202 miles. Had an achey left shoulder for some of the ride.

Today, the shoulder is fine. The rest of me feels like I fell down an *up* escalator for about 30 minutes.

Tramadol 50mg? Don't mind of I do... cheers..

Guy I know rocked up to a restaurant in his yesterday. The valet parking crew (5 or 6 guys) asked him to park it himself as none of them could drive a manual....

I guess the "don't mind if I do" comment means they work? Lucky you! I might as well take smarties as Tramadol - they have as much effect!!! :angry-cussingblack: :angry-cussingblack:

Cyclists with rhese big bastard Aliexpress 1 billion Lumens lights!

The village we live in is very popular with road cyclists and often get them early morning / late evenings, head out in the car and get one heading towards you and it's like be lasered! Why can't they just angle the bloody things down a bit? Then they get pissy with you if you give them a dose of main beam back?????

They were so bright I thought/assumed it was a car! I got 'em back with the Rangeys uber bright LED headlights. Cheeky fuckers were shouting at me as I drew level.

Decent bike lights can be on or off road specific, off road lights have a much broader beam which is more distracting to drivers. I love them on country lanes, cars come to a complete stop trying to work out wtf is happening. I also ride with a very bright light on top of my crash helmet so when some wanker decides full beam is best I can laser the cunt with the helmet light and stare at the xray I'm taking of his skull as he drives past, helpless and blind.

Just like every other bloke in a car.

In all seriousness, I stopped road riding in the UK some years ago, it was just too dangerous. If I made a list of reasons why I left, drivers would be up near the top.

You've got to be every kind of stupid to be riding a bicycle and choosing to blind a driver of a multiple ton vehicle coming towards you! :wtf:

A lot of them do tend to make it their duty to antagonise drivers, especially the ones with a GoPro on their helmets.

Like the guy with a head light bright enough to dazzle and prevent seeing beyond.

Not so great for the people following him. Couldn't see any of them, so didn't know they were there.

These ones do, the first I was given back in August last year were all over the place when it came to dosage. Some had a mild effect, some did nothing at all & some knocked me on my ass for 24 hours.

I bet you have a go pro too right? Arrrg Ant beat me to it...!

It's true though, the ones with the go pros are the ones to look at for as they are the most dangerous.

EDF Changing my DD payments from January instead of April. So they decided to take £161 instead of £79 when our contract runs to end of March 2023 on the fixed term. Happy to pay the increase from April, as I've budgeted for it from then, but not now when I had other outgoings and I am in credit anyhow as things stand right now. Taking the piss! Cannot contact them either through whatsapp or chat.

I just adjusted my DD by 46 pence, petty I know but I am damn sure they won't get more than they are due!
