Yep - seems a bit of a case of 3D printing for the sake of it.

It's a YPVS 350 without the best bit, the engine.

Fuck off with yer RD350 tribute. The only thing that remains is the frame (and even that has been buggered about with), and that was hardly the original's biggest selling point. Call it anything you like, but it's not a tribute.
And it'll be heavier than the original.
And it'll be heavier than the original.

Just noticed the gearbox sprocket is in a very odd place, that's going to squat like feck when you accelerate (and try and saw through the swing arm)

Re: RD REISSUE: A YAMAHA R3 ENGINE POWERS THIS RD350 TRIBUTE
Because the power output from the R3 lump was so asthmatic, they had to bung a turbo on so it could drag its sorry arse off the line. More complexity, more weight etc. etc.Yorick wrote: ↑Fri Jan 20, 2023 3:46 pmCan't work out why it's RD350 Turbo.mangocrazy wrote: ↑Fri Jan 20, 2023 3:41 pm Fuck off with yer RD350 tribute. Err. Why?
