The 350 version was a good old workhorse. Matey and I used to run one as a Winter bike. They were a lot better engine than the later G5 variants.

Find me another with 3500 miles and carbon wheels for anything like your thoughts. I assumed it was a standard one, but in my experience, modifying a bike doesn't make it worth more, you have to find someone with the same taste as you to buy it, your better off putting a bike back to standard and selling the parts separately.

Aftermarket wheels drop their value instantly, they might cost a fortune new but they're a gamble unless you know their history, would you trust carbon fibre wheels potentially well over a decade old? Low mileage isn't automatically some sort of guarantee of perfection either. And a K4 is far from a classic, they were as rare as a pair of adidas trackies and when the K5 came out they were deemed obsolete overnight. I remember it well as I was going to buy my mate's one as the dealer was offering him peanuts agauinst a K5. At the end of the day, it's just another old GSXR with a few blingy bits, what it cost to build and what it's worth are two vastly different numbers.

Problem is with all these low mileage 'classics' is that's fine if you are only gonna put them in your living room/collection or only ride them 250 miles a year. Once you've done say over 10k on them then the gap between them and all the other normal ones is pretty much gone so you can lose a fair chunk of money if you actually use them.
