My older dickhead brother moved down to Exeter in late 70s. Promptly joined the Slaves. Mysteriously returned home and joined the Shipley branch of the Slaves. I saw a lot of what goes on through him. Just kids gangs and thuggery.ZRX61 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 13, 2023 7:42 pmWhen I lived in the area, Plymouth was Aquila territory & Exeter was Satan's Slaves turf.. who I think patched over to HA.Yorick wrote: ↑Fri Jan 13, 2023 6:07 pm The tough guys won't like this

Rory Cellan-Jones, the BBC’s former technology correspondent, not letting Parkinson’s disease spoil his sense of humour. The 64-year-old has formed a dining club for fellow sufferers, including former colleagues Mark Mardell and Jeremy Paxman, and they’re thinking of launching a podcast called Movers and Shakers.

Don't recall that guy, I hung out at their local pub as my landlady in Exeter was dating one of them. This would have been early '77 just before I moved to London.
