It's a YPVS 350, with what looks like an RGV250 swingarm, I don't know what the forks and wheels are from, the fairing is at an upwards angle, I know I'm biased, but I don't see how that looks better than a standard YPVS

I don't think it's an RGV arm but it does look like one if it was mirrored. The right side on the RGV was banana'd.

That's true, the early ones weren't braced, the later ones as you said had the banana arm and the bracing on the other side.

Need more info!!
Just popped up on the MT09 page. TBH it looks like they've just fitted a MX front mudguard and replaced the headlight with number board and of course added some trail tyres.
