Get the tyre changed before doing anything - start with something easy

You haven't said what it's doing, is it wallowing, feeling like it's going to tuck in on bends, juddering over ripples, etc.

Usually as suspension ages it starts to wallow a bit, but as people have said if your linkages have become stiff from all that sea/salt air then it could feel like it's firmed up a bit or feel notchy.

Don't forget that you've spent a lot of time on enduro bikes lately, with new suspension, so the GSXR is going to feel a bit harsher.

The handling is still spot on. Just now it feels all the little road irregularities. Before was like a Rolls Royce.
I bought the nearly new Husky just before I bought this GSXR.

It's not the end of the world, but does spoil the ride a bit.

From your last post and the previous one mentioning the rear tyre is ready I’d say that’s the issue. If the tyre is worn and the rubber is thin you’ll feel more of the road surface.

Also at 3.5 years I’d have the linkages greased as they were provably almost dry from the factory. That and a new tyre should do it

Yup. New tyre and clean linkages first job. And get my sussers guy to service the forks when he puts new springs in the GasGas.

Can't remember ever having a worn rear tyre. The edges always wore out first on track

Well. Put a new rear tyre on and greased all the linkages. Were all loose enough, but as it was stripped it made sense to lube them.

Bike was much better than last ride. But the roads here are like billiard tables. Last ride was over on Fuertaventura where the roads aren't quite as good.
So might have to pop over again, armed with a screwdriver to try harder and softer on the settings over same piece of road.
