Does that qualify?

You can also ask DVLA for information about your vehicle or another vehicle and its registered keeper if you have a ‘reasonable cause’.
Even bland can be a type of character :wave:

I'm intending to use the V888 form to try and track down a bike I owned back in the '90s, in fact it was a bike I registered on a Q plate as it was a hybrid of a 350 YPVS motor and a rolling chassis supplied by Hejira Racing Developments. It cost me a f'n fortune and I'm (foolishly) thinking of going down that rabbit hole again. Older and wiser, my arse.
