And I may be an arsehole, but at least I haven't got such pudgy fingers that they make a guest appearance in every bloody photo....Yorick wrote: ↑Thu Dec 08, 2022 3:44 pm Had a nice 200 mile jaunt. Damp start but soon dried up. Some of the hairpins up in the mountains had damp patches and I was thankful for the ABS a couple of times.
Was perfect riding weather. Sun's beaming now and temp is rising. I got the best bit of the day.
Will be home in time to give it the annual wash It needs it

Bit nippy out today but not as bad as it’s been but as the gritters have been busy I took the chance to clean the bike down and cover it in ACF50 ready for the rest of the winter. All shiny now but will be covered in road crap until probably February or March
Not bad for a 22 year old bike and 40000 on the clock

Looks like there's about a window around Noon-3pm when riding won't be a chore on Sunday. I REALLY want to ride on Sunday.
However, next Sunday looks about damn perfect, but apparently there's something else going on that day & everywhere is closed.

Re: When/Where/Pics was the last time you rode your bike ?
Thought I had found the "sensible button" when riding the ZX11... & then about a mile from home discovered I had misplaced it. Sat at a light, check behind me & I can see about 6 or 7 cars back in both lanes. No rozzers. Light turned green & I took off like Pee Wee Gleason. I cover about 1/2 mile in fairly spectacular fashion & check my mirrors...
Hmmm.. some bloke back there appears to have Christmas lights on his roof.
Bugger.
I look again & realize he's still trying to pass cars. I turn into my neighborhood, hit the garage door opener in my pocket as I came round the corner, rode straight into the garage & closed the door.. WooT!!
So, onto today's pics...

And just after I left the RockStore:

Unless I'm very much mistaken that's a Lancia 037, isn't it?
