My riding posse were all too wimpy / scared/cold to ride last night.
So it was a fantastically dull 50 min spin bike ride for me!

Owww, fucking owww bloody ruts at the top of Bopeep, saved one slide and thought better be careful and then 30 secs later full on face plant into frozen ground.

I must apply myself to getting out. The freezing cold / wind lat week put me off - now the group has defrosted we have had biblical rains - so it os probably unrideable ...
