Score predictions?
I would have said 2-0 Spain at the start but this could be another surprise result ;)
It's all a bit 'scruffy'. Morocco defending well but Spain not looking very connected. Nothing to scare anyone in the next round. Heading for extra time methinks.

I think that sums up how much spark there has been in the game that the advertising is what caught the eye ;)

Sums it up...I keep waiting for the advert where the car pushes the ball. The football has been dire. :(

Since Spain brought on Williams and Morata and stopped trying to pass it through a 6 man back line with 3, sometimes 4 in front they have looked more like scoring from crossing the ball

I hate to see a team win through by defending all game but it could work for Morocco

Bit of a turn up. I said to the missus before it started, 9 times out of 10 the Spain team will comfortably beat Morocco on pens. But they got rattled almost immediately.

Pens are to be avoided at all costs. Outside of Kane and Rashford, the rest of the England team have minimal experience of within-game penalty taking. It's probably similar across most teams to be fair but it's where the calmness of the senior players generally shows through.

Another "quality" side out of the equation.

Now let's see Portugal implode :)

And no Ronaldo as he has pissed off another manager over substituting him off ……. Again

Last time I saw Portugal play in a major tournament without him they were excellent as they weren’t always looking for him to play to

How the mighty are fallen. I wonder if he's starting to regret teeing this all off with shrugging off the United manager and then getting on his high horse egged on by Piers Morgan? Looks like disrespect is catching.
