I thought Wales would of put up a better fight tbh, but now i reckon they're just shit. Good to see Rash and Foden score . Definitely better at a faster tempo is England. Could go anyway on Sunday... and i now believe Gareth Southgate is the most miserable, depressing, droid in the world.

Well done England. 👏

He played for England 57 times. Took England to 1/4 finals of last world cup . Finals in last Euros.

I'm sure he'll be troubled by a loser from an internet forum.

I was surprised Wales didn't resort to good old fashioned battle tactics - kick away at Bellingham's bazillion pound legs until he wishes he'd stayed in bed - that sort of thing. It's not exactly an uncommon tactic for the underdog team. Tempt the opposition into losing their tempers, mix it up a bit, get someone sent off. I was expecting something more spirited.

Anyway, well done England. Good to see Rashford playing himself into form.

Much as I hate The Rags, it is great to see Rashford back at his best. Stuff outside football seemed to take over - and maybe threaten to eclipse his talent.

In the first half, bit boring, I was intrigued by the weird straight hairline haircuts some of them were sporting. Is it shaved in or painted in? No need to answer, I don't really care.

Disappointing that not one of the Welsh players or their manager acknowledged our outstanding performance or wished us well for the rest of the tournament. :hmmm:

Ball looked out to me for Japan winning goal but no doubt their chip in the ball shows it was 0.01mm touching the line

Tis tiny, but can't be ignored. Can't have 'nearly' in.
