They're certainly authentic though, I remember his riding position in the film - knees pointed at the floor and you could see the whole soles of his boots from the back!

I think I prefer the baddies bikes.

Not what I'd do with a zed thou, but I get why someone would and I bet it gets lots of attention.

That's 100% SNAFU

Also it's a Z1000J and the bike in the film was a Z1000A, which is a fairly different bike.
And the Toecutter's bike was the same as Goose's bike apart from the colour.

BTW the rear sets are Raask ones, they're utter shite, I was offered a set for my Kawasaki, looked at them and bought a set of Tommaselli rear sets. My YPVS came with a set of Raask rear sets, I sold them for £50, and I feel a bit guilty charging that much for them, some of the worst metal work I've ever seen sold as a commercial product.

The plot is the usual post apocalypse bollocks but the scenes filmed on Goose's bike are what makes it for me. Done for real, complete with camera man sitting on the pillion AFAIK.

When they started filming it they had a different plot to the one the film eventually went out with.

First two were okay, but then it got all gay steampunk-ish? Same as Terminator. The original was a good concept that made you think, then it just got stupid and turned into a money spinning franchise!
