BSB 2023 format change

Post by wull »

This will hopefully keep the haters of the usual showdown format happy, it will still favour the better rider towards the latter half of the year or whoever does better towards the end but still in theory benefit the more consistent rider overall whilst keeping the championship exciting right to the very end, hopefully!

The tracks outlines aren't in the same order as the track list...unless Brands Hatch has changed shape

Probably an arty-farty* designer making them overlap to fit the space.

* Or, to use their preferred self-description, 'artisan fartisan'
Even bland can be a type of character

Yes that’s exactly it, you can clearly see from the way they are set out that if done in the correct order it wouldn’t fit but then again who says they have to be displayed in order, it’s merely showing the 8 circuits that will be used throughout the season.

They don't have to be in order, they don't even have to put the schematics on but it's a bit sloppy. I'd have chucked it back at them and I'm not even vaguely OCD. They could have changed the text or scaled the schematics. It looks like they started in order then gave up.

Looks a fair enough adjustment to the point system. It might keep things a bit more equal.

Hardly……..who actually cares? C’mon there’s plenty other things to whinge about or pick up on, I can be a bit OCD at times but when it’s something so irrelevant who actually cares 😂 I’d have expected the showdown format to be more of the discussion here not the layout of the tracks ffs………too funny!

On here? Did you honestly,Really?

You could post a pic of a fair damsel being porked on your front lawn and there'd be folk saying,"mate you need to sort that grass".

That website is shite anyway. Whenever you try to find info, the working area is way under half of the screen. Too much wasted space to show badly shaped logos.

I'm not whingeing! :D (I looked at one of the schematics and thought 'Ooh, which tracks that?' Then thought Brands looked a bit odd  )

It was an observation.

Oh yeah. I quite like the look of the new format.

Finishing at Brands is good. (It's my favourite circuit....and not too far away :D ).
