Nah. It reminds me of those little racing bikes that rev to a kerjillion rpm. (My nephew has/had a couple of Italian 50cc ones that he hangs on the garage wall :D ).

Give it some decent tyres and a front brake and it might look like you'd want to do a lap on it.
