There's also stuff you can get for swimming goggles - but I found one drop of shampoo, rub with finger , rinse and let dry works for them so might with specs too.
Doubt is not a pleasant condition.

I tend to find opening the visor just a bit is enough to stop my glasses steaming up, whilst keeping out (most of) the rain.

Maybe because I'm a heavy breather, maybe because my beard blocks off the bottom of my helmet, but I've always had to augment antifog lenses with another treatment for M-cycle riding.
