A friend got her account hijacked. I think they eventually suspended it but they never let her have it back.

Ever since they tried to 'Ticktock it' with reels and increased the random 'suggestions' it's been pants anyway. 90% of it seems to be cat pictures or animals being distressed for 'humorous' videos. It's heading for Tumblr status...of historical interest.

A mate on FB has just posted this -
For those that also have contact with me via Instagram, please note that my account has bizarrely just been suspended for 31 days. No reason given 😠
Update: there’s a problem with Instagram. A lot of us have had our accounts suspended
Seems there is an issue?

We have always used both. Mrs.Skub needs to use every utensil in the house for every evening meal and most of it has to be washed by hand. :(

DAB radios. :(

Does anyone make one with a sensible, logical human interface that doesn't need a manual if you need to change something?

Be nice if they worked properly too.

(Bought a Pure Rise bedside clock/radio/alarm. Eventually got it set so the radio comes on to the required channel at the required time. Ditched all the packaging.

2 days later it doesn't respond to any buttons. Unplugged it. Plugged it in again. Sorted. 2 days later it doesn't respond to any buttons. Unplugged it etc. No joy. Now the radio comes on at x o'clock  but have to wait an hour for it to go off as the standby button doesn't work. Can't switch the radio on at any other time or adjust the volume or reset to factory settings....

Think I'll just buy an alarm clock and a non-DAB, battery powered, cheap as chips radio).

As a kid I often wished we had a dishwasher and remember my brothers and I's cries of "It's not my turn".

A few years later at a friends house he asked his daughter to empty the dishwasher " but it's not my turn "

Bizarrely now, in my winter job, I had wash everything before putting it in the dishwasher. I polish the cutlery and glasses before putting them away and again as I set them out twice a day, every day !

Garden trampolines, hateful shitty things that lazy sods don’t tether down and in the wind make a beeline for the railway, this mornings visitor caused a heavy enough short circuit to damage the conductor and running rails enough that we can’t run trains on the west coastway. Sodding things ought to be registered so we can bill the owners for delays and damage.

My daughter had one as a first car, eons ago. It was a hoot, especially in snow! Abuse it and you will start to enjoy it.

If men can do walks in high heels, OMG different footwear how brave, in support of women, then why can't anyone chose not to deplilate in support of men?

And if you have to use the 'I'm not, but' line they you actually are.

It sounds like elegant variation to me? Having two 'men' in the same sentence would go against the grain for every self respecting journalist or copy writer.

As (I think) Clarkson said, if it doesn't have a Panda 4x4 it's not a real vineyard.
