I bought an Oxford Stormex bike cover. It was used outside for 5 months until I had my new shed put up. I got the cover out to use in France a few weeks ago and it was falling to pieces. All the seems were coming unstuck.
I took some pics and sent them to Oxford. They were apologetic and asked for the cover back. I got a new cover by return.
Excellent customer service.
They did say they've sold thousands of those covers and never had a problem, so maybe I was just unlucky.

Some of their stuff is OK but never had luck with their 'waterproof' jackets - Sportsbikeshop were excellent in handing refunds etc.

I assume Rukka is taking the piss out of its owners.
It sells £2k suits with the lowest possible protection level (a CE ‘A’ rating). You need £2.5k for a Kingsley suit to get ‘AA’ protection from Rukka. It doesn’t just smell of wee, it stinks

This kind-of sums up Oxford Products... some good useful stuff, then the products that no-one really needs.
