One day when I can ride with less hurtiness, I'm going to look for one over here. (Can't import one without restricting it until 2027 :( :( )

Yeah, fuck paying £600+ a year in tax for a £30k car you won for £8.
It says it's a 3.2l diesel, I'd be cheesed off paying £600 a year tax for that.
TBF it comes with £2k cash as well!

Missed a classic with good odds too. Probably just as well as I've nowhere to put it if I had won it. Very nice though...

Alcantara upholstery? It's one step away from Dralon! What were they thinking? :wtf:

I've never really considered leather a great choice for luxury seating it any context....too slidey!

I quite like the Alcantara. I'm not sure suede would be a good seating choice :D

If you're sliding around in a seat, you're probably on a bus.

IIRC the Japanese use wool for their high end high end cars. Leather being considered too noisy.

Yep, the Toyota Century being the most famous example. They also use net curtains 'cause tinted glass is far too gauche.

If I had a Bentley I'd absolutely have it with custom wool seats. Aston did a collaboration with Hacket :D

Wasn't leather originally only used for the chauffeur's seat - the owners in the back having cloth by preference?
